SVIMS Alumnae Association organized Alumnae Meet 2022- a programme to facilitate, consolidate and coordinate Alumni Activities at SVIMS Seminar Hall on 26th March 2022 in the evening. The Meet was executed by SVIMS Students Council. The aim of this Meet was to reconnect with the Alumni and celebrate their success and various achievements.
The Alumni started arriving at the Institute by 5.00 p.m. completed the registration formalities upon their arrival.
Ms Shraddha Shinde – the President of Student Council formally welcomed all Alumni. The Alumni Meet started with a welcome address by the Alumni Association President Darshika Chug. She welcomed the new batch and requested them to contribute towards the Institute’s growth in terms of internships, placements, sessions, etc. The meeting was graced by the Director, Dr. B. H. Nanwani and she addressed the audience and shared the experiences and moments with the alumnae wished them the best for their future.
Komal Panchwani ex-President of Student’s Council shared her educational experience in the Institute with everyone.
Dr. Sneha Nagar, Gynaecologist, Inlaks & Budrani Hospital was invited to address all the young ladies about their health and try to solve all the doubts which they had.
During the interaction session with the Alumni
- Various games were played
- Ms Darshika taught a few dance steps for audience
- Discussions on updating database of the Alumni Association.
- Discussed about the current trends in languages and certifications in the industry.
Alumni also interacted with the students and gave motivational talk regarding preparing for higher studies, entrepreneurship and placements. Students asked many questions regarding placements and the alumni shared their views.
Ms. Falak Baig – Secretary of Student Council proposed the vote of thanks and also thanked the Director, Management and faculty members of SVIMS for the support and guidance which has made Alumni Meet 2022 a grand success. Ms Falak requested all guest to join us in canteen area for dinner.
The alumnae also gave positive feedback about the meet.
